The weather was really kind allowing a relaxed atmosphere in the beautiful grounds.
The ceremony was an emotionally charged affair, Harley couldn't take his eye's off Steff as they made
their personal promise to one-another.
Family and friends helped to make this a memorable and special day.
We were joined by a host of fabulous wedding suppliers, all very friendly and highly professional.
Langley Castle, Hair and Makeup , Bridal Gowns, Suits etc etc.
The local choir and another choir called "Off The Wall" filled the church with their beautiful voices.
Two bridal fashion shows took place showcasing the gorgeous gowns and flowers........

Easter was amazing this year, not only for the outstanding weather we had but the wedding of a truly lovely couple Simon & Tracy.
I remember being overjoyed when they booked me to capture their wedding day at Crook Hall, Durham.
Not just because they are a lovely couple with 2 beautiful children but this would be my first wedding at this amazing venue.
A fresh blank canvas for me to work with.
I must say the staff here are really friendly and helpful. The grounds and Hall are outstanding.
The ceremony went very smoothly.
Their young daughter was very grown up and delivered a reading faultlessly.
Out into the gardens we go to soak up the Easter sunshine, throw confetti, celebrate and relax in the stunning surrounds................Perfect
A short slideshow taster of their wedding day.

Before the great occasion we went to Oxford Park Secret Garden for some environmental family photographs.
The sun was blazing down.
I had to use flash creatively to capture some beautiful summer images.
Afterwards it was up to the David Lloyd Centre for celebrations, oh and face painting

Bridal preparations took place at Laura's parents home before heading off to the church.
Ashton along with his two best men had already arrived in style.
The bride, looking stunning made her entrance while Ashton had to control his emotions.
The ceremony was perfect. A reading by their close friend and everyone singing.
Friends and family were able to take a short stroll to the Hallgarth Manor Hotel, enjoying the afternoon sunshine.
Celebrations continued at the hotel and guests were again able to take full advantage of the pleasant weather, relaxing in the gardens while all the children played with the toys and games on the lawn.
A great time was had by all.

Danielle and her father arrived at the church in style however negotiating the heavy rainfall was a little tricky. The bride looked stunning and was full of smiles while her father carefully ushered her into the church ensuring the gown remained pristine.
The ceremony was amazing Danielle's friend played the violin as the Bride made her entrance. Craig was overwhelmed.
After the ceremony we made our way to Beamish Hall Hotel for wedding breakfast and celebrations.
Not a drop of rain here, (it arrived much later).
Allowing a little time to enjoy the beautiful gardens.
I know this couple had an amazing day.
Congratulations
We arrived at Gemma's parents house for bridal preparations. The girls had just returned from the salon , looking stunning.
Making our way to the Hallgarth with the air-conditioning running at full throttle. We knew it was going to be a scorcher.
Staff at the Hallgarth had everything prepared and were managing to keep everyone cool while Gemma made her entrance.
We had all the key ingredients for the perfect wedding. Sunshine, friends, family and an amazing backdrop.

This didn't stop everyone who attended the wedding of Will & Lynsey having an amazing time.
While Lynsey and her bridesmaids were getting ready in the Hayloft Cottage,
Will and his friends were having a pint. (Obviously just one to calm the nerves).
The ceremony took place in the Threshing Hall.
The scene was set, bails of hay and candle-light creating the perfect ambience.
Guests made their way to the hall armed with brollies against the driving rain.
Everyone seated awaiting the Bride, nerves were getting the better of Will but he controlled his emotions
perfectly as Lynsey made her entrance.
A beautiful ceremony followed by everyone having a great time in the hall.
Speeches by the 3 Best-Men, great food, fun and laughter.
Rain certainly did not stop play.......................
]]>Saltwell Park was the chosen location for the Pre Wedding Shoot of Danielle & Craig.
I have shot a number of Pre Wedding Shoots here in this amazing place.
The good weather brought out the crowds, no need to be nervous I said as people are just getting on with
their own thing.
A little wander around the park selecting a variety of backdrops and of course using the available light to our advantage.
We managed to capture a number of very relaxed images.
Really looking forward to their wedding day at Beamish Hall later in the year.
Fuiji XT2 plus 2 Godox AD200 flash units complete with modifiers.
]]>It was a great family affair with their children and grandchildren. Everyone had been given a part to play in this wonderful occasion
as ushers, bridesmaids and flower girls.
They were joined by family and friends to celebrate their wedding at this magnificent venue.
The ceremony went beautiful, just as they had planned it.
The speeches were full of emotion especially from the groom and Allison's son. Of course a touch of humour and the
obligatory groom bashing from the best man.
Although the weather was a little inclement, we were able to get outdoors occasionally to take advantage of the beautiful grounds
and fairytale surrounds of Le Petit Chateau .
